Through Utopia Lab, he operates a venture studio supporting early-stage founders and fractional CEOs to move fast from idea to execution. Utopia X serves as a membership-based platform for young entrepreneurs, while Utopia Life is his podcast exploring leadership, building, and the realities of entrepreneurship.
An active member of YPO and Young Arab Leaders, Hafez continues to mentor and collaborate across regional and global ecosystems. He has pursued executive education from Harvard, Stanford, and London Business School, reflecting his ongoing commitment to growth, learning, and building meaningful companies.
